This knitting blanket pattern is knit from the bottom up. It is composed of an easy traveling stitch blanket, along with a border. Texture is made using purl stitches instead of cables for an easy knit that is great for beginner knitters. It is a great gift idea for that special little one to come.

Notions you need to know: Casting on, knitting and purling, placing markers, binding off.
SIZES
Security blanket approx. 17” X 17” (43 cm x 43 cm), stroller blanket 27” x 36” (68 cm x 92 cm), baby blanket 32” x 48” (81 cm x 122 cm).
MATERIALS
- (1, 3, 4) skeins or (100, 350, 500g) of Anzula Fibers “For Better or for Worsted” (shown above in colorway Hippo; right in colorway Rootbeer)
Getting gauge is not essential but will affect yardage requirements.
